Enrolment

As a Catholic community we strive to provide consistency for families seeking enrolment for their children.

As per State Government legislation, children who turn five years of age prior to the 30th April will be eligible to begin Reception at the beginning of Term 1 of the same year. All children turning 5 after the 1st May and before 31st October are eligible to commence Reception in Term 3. To determine when your child begins please see our Enrolment Calculator page.

Following initial enquiry either by phone or by completing our  Enrolment Enquiry form, an Enrolment Pack which contains a prospectus, application form and information pertaining to our fees and policies is issued/posted. Once the application is completed you are required to lodge the form and a copy of the child’s birth certificate at our front office.  Upon lodgement of documents an interview and personal tour with the Principal will then be arranged.

On acceptance of enrolment the school sends an ‘Offer of Enrolment’ letter, with a copy of the signed application form and an ‘Acceptance of Offer’ form. The ‘Acceptance of Offer’ form is to be lodged with a $200.00 Confirmation Fee. The Confirmation Fee will be credited to your first fee account.  Should the child’s enrolment be cancelled prior to commencement the full Confirmation Fee payment is non-refundable.

Enrolments are now being accepted for T3 2024 and T1 & T3 2025.

Principal Tours are held each term and registration may be made via our website, alternatively phone our office on 8131 7900.

Families are welcome to book in for a Personal Tour if you prefer and registration made via our website.
